This half term our big question is ‘Why do people Celebrate’? and out Change Maker Principle is Positivity. Remaining positive is an important quality and a skill, that supports in all aspects of our lives. Our hook for learning this half term is a school wide celebration for the festival of Diwali. Pupils will have the opportunity to learn about the festival of light and an immersive learning day and experience created. Young people will learn of different celebrations such as Bonfire night, Remembrance day and Christmas. Further curriculum content information can be found on the overviews below. Our real world outcome will be a Christmas performance from young people in Lower School and a performing arts extravaganza from our Upper School students, performing some music and drama.
